Homemade Corn Chips
-8 small yellow corn tortilla shells
-extra Virgin olive oil
-salt to taste
1. Using a pizza cutter, cut tortilla shells into slices like a pie.
2. Evenly spread tortillas out on a lined baking sheet.
3. Using a basting brush, lightly paint the shells with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
4. Bake chips at 375° for 8-10 minutes and enjoy!
